Re: Winter Stoarage
Thanks Bbasso for the quick response. But my main concern for not starting the car the entire winter is the valve seals drying out and cracking. But I do understand how dry starting the car can damage the motor... I've heard both views and not sure which one to go with...Leave the car off or periodi...

Winter Stoarage
Hello All, Fortunately I am storing my car this winter. I was wondering what tips you guys have for storing your vehicle over 3-4 month period? I also have a few questions: 1) Would you start your car every week and let it idle for 20mins? Or leave it off to prevent dry start damage? 2) Is it necess...

yeah sounds a bit steep..but you got all new parts...so that tends to drive the price up...your jdm final drive prolly cost 800usd alone... they're prolly charging you for all the time they spend on the car...taking out the tranny and disassembling it several times can be quite time consuming...that...

Currently I’m running a 98spec JDM type r motor (b18cr) with a P73 ecu. 1) Would the supercharger be compatible fo...

Mine ticks too, but has ever since I did all my head work. I know its the better springs/cams/retainers that cause mine...

ticking noise coming from my ITR
Hey Guys, I just have a question about my motor (~100,000km). I recently noticed a ticking noise coming from my motor. The ticking noise sounds proportionally to the engine speed when i rev it. After hearing this noise I did a full tune up on my car: - change wires/plugs/distributor cap - performed ...
