I dont know if I would change the shifter on the ITR but Skunk2 and DC Sports both make good short shifters for Integras.

I just happend to remember that number 899. It stuck in my head and did a quick search over there. IF I recall correctly, those pics were during the repaint. I think he just had alot of dings/scratches from 86k miles and wanted it freshly painted and new looking. BUT I do not vouch for it, I don't ...

Is 14.7 normal for a stock ITR with full interior? I remember thats what all the magazines were saying they ran. Granted its a mag but 14.7 is a far cry from 14.3 Yeah, that's about right. Again, there are many variables such as temp, elevation and experience. All you can do is practice and have fu...

Depends on if that power is All Motor, or turbo too! Most likely your thinking 250WHP "Turbo" since building a N/A monster like that would cost quite a bit. An N/A ITR at 200WHP with good driving and hooking well will land you mid 13's in the 1/4 mile! Thats impressive. Yea I was thinking...

I'm running a clutchmaster stage 3. I like them but think I would go with a Exedy or ACT if I get the ITR. ACT rates their stages in wtq if I'm not mistaken and others rate thier stages based on modifications made so I'm not too sure on what stage you'll need but I'm thinking atleast 4.

Thanks Rob. Well I will tell you this... I have NO leaks and the fluid isn't low! Like I said either one of the caliper's might be sticking, or yeah it could be a sensor sticking. Yes as mentioned above, I too sometimes get the light to come off while brakeing and then back on again upon brake rele...

Seems a little high on the price for the mileage. I'm sure the dealer is playing uo its rarity. Heres a better idea. Forget that one. Look at this, for $1k more. http://www.itrca.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=7325 I bet it even still has "that new caR smell." That is a good deal if everythin...

My Spec-V can outhandle a Type-R... well maybe not. Anyways to the original poster I think that one should learn their car first while its stock, max it out so to say, and then make improvements when the car is holding you back. That way you will know for sure what needs improving and wont waste you...

Stop thinking about it and BUY IT. You won't be disappointed. Not to mention you would have a really good looking garage with both of your Acura's. :) Well heres the thing that I cant get out of my head. Its a 2000 with 87k miles and the dealer wants 17.5. Now I can negotiate it down and the Type-R...

I think B&M for the Honda/Acura lines are good shifters but for the Sentra and I think the Lancer or the Focus (cant remember which one) their shifters have the tendency to mess up the shifter cable/linkage.

Hello. I came across your site when I started looking for more info regarding the ITR. I currently have a 2002 Nissan Sentra Spec-V that was turbo'd (ran into money issues and sold the kit  ). I've always wanted an Integra and now I'm thinking of buying one, #899 from 2000. Seems like you guys ...
