Catback Exhaust Fitment

I just bought a Thermal R&D Turbo Catback, installed it yesterday and it looks really good except for the muffler that is not lined up with arch of the bumper :( do I need a different hangers for this catback? i'm using the OEM rubber hangers. If you guys have the same issue before, please help ...

Here's my Dyno as you can see the solid blue line is AFR, the graph indicates it's around 12.0:1 @ 2200RPM, 10.4:1 @ 3400RPM, 11.8:1 @ 5200RPM, and gets richer at 5300RPM with 10.? AFR. It's Mustang Dyno, Is there any more tweaking on the calibrations I should be looking at? my knock sensor is disabled, 11.8 A/F ratio and on the VTEC is at 10.? A/F ratio.

I just had mine tuned and it only made 205whp@8psi Revhard Kit Stage II. Bone stock motor, 2.5" downpipe to catback exhaust. Is this good or bad guys?

I phone Revhard and the BOV issue on the ports is resolve, the top one should be connected to the vacuum and the bottom port which is smaller compared to the top, is leave it open, it's just a bleeder. Everything works good so far :D

I'm almost finish on everything except for Blow-off valve that comes with the kit. There's two ports in it, one is mounted on the top (bigger size) and one below (smaller size), which one should I connect to the vacuum source or does it need both, I'm confused :? please help...

I just found out when I finished installing the SManager Software for Hondata S300, there are some built-in calibrations and one of them is for Revhard which is my kit. Now, can I use these settings? please help!
