if you run it through florida, then drive it to cali, you shouldnt have any problems transfering it. I am not certain on this, but I believe that kit cars in cali are expempt from the emissions BS that you guys have to put up wiht, again, not sure...just a hear-say. you need to get that belt changed my friend. 10 years old, I would hate to see that thing snap on you...as its not a pretty sight. your vtec isnt working, with no CEL, I would probably also tell you that your oil pump is about shot. timing belt, water pump, tensioner, and oil pump would be my choice...

I have that ARC intake which I ran on my civic. The throttle response was great, the only thing I didnt like about it, it got HOT....to the point where you couldn't touch it.
