The OEM one should be fine. If your current one on the car is still in good shape go ahead and re-use it. Uh for gasket lube just check your local auto store or something they'll help you up with that.

Recently i was given a 10inch Orbital Coleman Waxer/polisher. Its rated at almost 2600PRM i believe. I was told that really you would want a good variable speed buffer and use it only at about 900-1600RPM when in use for a gentle buff. Most people you see do this on a ITR are people with show cars who just have money to waste on cars that will never be on the road. I say stick with the B18C5.
