It could be from a Civic Si or an ITR. Look for green paint on the head near the distributor, this was specific to the ITR head (although I suppose it could be faked pretty easily if someone wanted to).

The connectors are the same but the pinouts are different. You would need an adapter harness to run the 97-98 ecu (if anyone even makes one for that particular purpose). OR you could run a chipped P28 ecu with a jumper harness, but if you have emissions testing where you live, this may present a pro...
