With the engine off, the cam gears indicating TDC, the number one piston definitely at TDC, the white mark on the crank pulley should line up with the indicator on the lower shroud. Correct?

I bought a chilton maintenance manual and to time the engine it says I need part #07PAZ-0010100 but when I look it up all the results come back for turning the airbag light off. Any info?
