Re: FS: '97 ITR #69 - Collectors car w/ 819 miles! Ohio
Congratulations to #69. If you want to get rid of the old lip let me know. I'm curious about the Honda schools. How many are in the USA? Did #69 stay in the same school the whole time it was owned by Honda? Also, I thought #69 was going to the company museum? There are less and less mint 97s as time...

Re: FS/PART OUT: 1997 Acura Integra Type R
Lip and OEM alarm still available? Or just the seats, cluster, wheels, and exhaust? Will the exhaust bolt-on to a 94-97 GSR?

Re: FS: '97 ITR #69 - Collectors car w/ 819 miles! Ohio
Ah, I think I got mixed up. Also, from what I remember there was another 97 kept mostly in storage by some guy known as "T.O.O." I think this guy supposedly was the center of some internet message board controversy regarding himself and/or Endyn. I also remember a FS thread, possibly here ...

Re: FS: '97 ITR #69 - Collectors car w/ 819 miles! Ohio
I thought it was headed to a museum? I heard that some Acura exec wanted to buy it and they wouldn't sell it. Did all those miles come from driving to Ohio from Florida? I think it had less than 100 miles when someone else posted a pic of it last year.

I almost bought this car but bureaucracy at my work prevented me from getting time off to go get it.

Re: WTB: OEM or OEM-style 1994-1997 foglights
Thanks. I've seen a bunch of so called "OEM-style" kits on ebay and they all have different switches and mismatched descriptions (94-01 fogs or 98-01 fogs, but 94-97 fogs are shown).

Re: WTB: OEM or OEM-style 1994-1997 foglights
Still looking. Also, where is the USDM foglight switch mounted? The rectangular blank below the driver's side vent? The blank circular piece to the left of the steering column (opposite of the dimmer)? One of the blanks by the parking brake?

WTB: OEM or OEM-style 1994-1997 foglights
The local Acura dealer says that the OEM foglights are discontinued.
I tried looking for some Pilot PL-123Cs and all the online stores have them as out of stock.
Anyone here selling a good condition used set of OEM or OEM-style fogs? Or know of any place selling them?

Re: Steering wheel and SRS light
The seller said he previously had a Spoon wheel on it but he put the original steering wheel back on when he put the car up for sale. He said all that needed to be done was to disconnect the battery for a few minutes (he couldn't do it himself?!).

Steering wheel and SRS light
Has anyone ever installed an aftermarket steering wheel, then switched back later to the stock steering wheel? Does doing that activate the SRS light? I was told by a seller of an R I'm looking at that you can unplug the ECU fuse and the light will disappear when the ECU fuse is plugged back in.

Re: FS in North Carolina: Showroom 1997 Integra Type R 55k miles
Was there a difference between ITRs sold in California and other states? I seem to remember that cars sold in CA usually had less horsepower due to CA emissions requirements. I don't have a 1997 ITR brochure so I can't determine if there were differences. I'm interested in your car, but I'm in Calif...
