I just talked the OP's brother, apparently one of the previous owners blew the motor at about 60,000 miles. Had it replaced with a new OEM long block at the dealership. He said there is paper for all the work done on the car from oil changes and etc. Even the motor replacement has paper documentatio...

So the motor in this car was replaced?
