by the time your all said and done with the H22 swap you'll be up in the $4,000 range... I can go more into detail about this swap if you really would like me tooo.. I'd just invest in a JDM LSD GSR motor or if you budget is a little higher then do a ITR swap... What are your overall goals and we ca...

I'm using Energy Suspension urathane mounts on my car. They come in two colors, either black or red. Once they're in, you'll feel a little more vibration in the car since the motor isn't jiggling back and forth as much. Cost on them is under $70 bucks (seems like they were like 50-60 bucks or so). I...

Didn't you through any CEL's with the 2nd O2 just hanging there? You're idea makes sense to t...

Re: intake manifold
anyone know the answer. When installing a skunk2 or itr intake manifold on a gsr, is it recommended to buy an itr throttle cable and itr throttle cable braket? I already did the install, but I went and bought the cable, just seeing if its supposed to be changed out. Yes you need to get the ITR thro...

Fuel management is MUCH MUCH more important than an intake manifold on a Type-R and the top secret is revealed  I personally wouldn't waste even the $150 on that manifold... The designers tested and planned out a well built and designed factory intake manifold for the ITR, that'll honestly be ...

no slicks will fit the stock ITR wheels. they are too skinny from what I understand. Correction, a Mickey Thompson 22x8x15 will fit on a ITR wheel if thats your drag wheel of choice. I currently have these slicks mounted on a normal 15x6 black honda steelie and they worked out find. http://www.sirr...

this is how you manage to not break axles with slicks: 1. DO NOT TURN THE STEERING WHEEL DURING THE BURNOUT!!!!!!!! 2. DO NOT side step the clutch at 7 grand! 3. DO NOT use a slick TOO BIG(IE how tall not wide) for your HP 4. launch high in RPM's but slip the clutch tring to keep the RPM's at a con...

To solve your wheel hopping problem, raise the rpm's that you launch at. Don't know how high you launch on your street tires (kumho's) though I launch around 5500 sometimes a tad higher depending on the track conditions. (Falken Azenis 205x50-15's at 17psi are my street tires) Concerning drag slicks...

Well before I advice others to keep the racing to the track, I have to admit that I use to street race all the time... Safely as possible obviously, there was this mile or so stretch out near the local coast guard air station that was wide open (prolly a good 25 yards of open roadway on either side ...
