To my knowledge, nobody has cracked OBD2 ECU's. That means that to successfully tune the car, you need an OBD1 ECU. The VAFC tricks the stock computer by modifying sensor input signals to the ECU. Well, technically the Hondata is more of a plug-in. And the valve train, I don't know how to describe the install...
Neither the head or the oil pan has been off the motor...
How about dyno of an ITR with some aftermarket parts?

OBD2-OBD1 adapter harness and P28 ECU with Hondata (old stage4). No check engine light, except at redline when it's time to shift.
