hmm with bolt ons? Im not too sure about that. It's very hard to pull 190-200 whp all motor.

With just bolt ons, i would say 170s, maybe 180s range.

Stock Type R valve train can handle up to 9000 RPM. can "handle" doesnt mean reliable all the time lol Anything beyond, good luck man lol Best bet, buy another motor for about 4Gs, and swap it out yourself and sell the old parts from your old motor. Probably the best way to save money. Giv...

I believe its mostly all personal preference. If you got the $$$ and bling bling to ya. if not, stick with what you can afford. HP gains is so over rated these days. does 1 or 2 more matter? can you honestly feel the extra 1-2 HP gain? I doubt it. Research and see what is best for you and your budge...

IF you look at the JDM 4-1 Header, it is not true 2.5" collector. It is actually a 2.25" collector, but with another ring around it to make it fit the 2.5" donut gasket. The TRUE 2.5" is the JDM DC SPORTS 4-1 header vs the OEM JDM 4-1. 4-1 is cool, but my only concern is bottomin...

At least an Intake! The Sound of VTEC is so damn cool. Stock suspension is fine, I wouldn't mess with that if you are just daily driving the car. HIDs is a plus, I love em', always had them, once u got them, u never go back. STOCK vs I/H/E Car, of course the modded car is gonna have more power, ther...

i'd say all ITRs are different, some may be faster than others, i doubt its just the 97-98 production was faster.

Perhaps it has to do with the OBd2a and OBd2b thing lol

depends on your setup. Skunk2 or Spoon Cams are great for mild setup. More agressive would be Toda or Jun if yo want to hassle of the high maintenance. Depends on you, not necessarily for more power but you're also looking for more reliability. A lot of ppl I know get toda cams for the wrong reasons...

Well maybe sometimes ppl find good deals on these ECUs, and they do not pay full retail price $1000+. I've been running on a genuine Spoon ECU P73, none of that p28 chipped BS, I can't honestly say its any different than just a chipped ECU, but all I know is that it does make a difference how the en...

You can contact him from honda-tech. He makes custon ECU P28 ECU and does make wire harness conversion for you as well. It may not be the best for your car as far as tuning your engine, but its a better off start then stock. Best bet, go with a stand alone unit, like AEM EMS or Hondata and get it tu...
