Re: what exhaust should i get for my itr

I thought about going with Kteller. They offer several options. Pipe diameter, muffler, resonator, and materials (stainless or aluminized). Pretty sure it was free shipping inside the Continental U.S. Nice prices. I couldn't get one shipped over through USPS. UPS cost more to ship then the purchase ...

1. No
2. don't know if they were ever the same
3.Don't know about the splines, but the JDM uses a 36 mm axle, and USDM uses 32mm. Hubs are different, and I think the wheel bearings and knuckles are larger also.

Heard that the CR-V used 36mm hubs and axles as well as the prelude.

If it isn't turning over, I would start troubleshooting the battery, Fuses, relays, starter, ignition switch. Just go down the line. Is your starter doing anything (Clicking)? The clicking you probably heard was the arc being thrown from the distributor. If you get it to turn over, but it wont start...

Can you use fine cut cleaner? Hell it's got a clear coat over it doesn't it? If so that's what I would try. Use a D/A buffer with an orange pad first and fine cut cleaner. If that don't work, go to a yellow pad with fine cut cleaner. put some swirl remover on, then wax it.

Now if I had to buy a sporty 4door car Thats what I was replying too. The bimmers are more of a luxry ride, with performance. Not always a good thing (more things to go wrong). The price isn't too bad if your in the military, and stationed overseas. I saved about 11k from stateside MSRP. Were only ...

If you have the money go for a BMW M5. Now that is a fast sedan. I had to settle for an 07 530i. I wished I would have known that they were coming out with the 535i in 08. E60's handle amazing for their size. Weigh as much as the the E90 3 series about 3500lbs. Just don't own one out of warranty.

Thats a coil over, and most of the time coilovers ride pretty rough. Spring rates are usually pretty high. The Stock ITR rates are 250 Kg front and rear I believe. Might be 280? Eibach sportlines are 300 Kg, and H&R are 310. I have heard that a couple ITR owners praise the H&R / Blisten comb...

honestly not sure if its 2.25 or 2.5. thanks for the link tho its very helpful The comparison test was from back in 03. I think there has been some newer designs or manufactures since then. T1R or TR1? Seemed like it was popular last year, and now it's Hytech? Toda always seemed to be nice 4-2-1. P...

Yes. I had this problem since I bought it new. I used to put into first then go back to reverse. I read some where, that when you put into nuetral, and let out on the clutch, it gets the input shaft rotating, which in turns gets the counter shaft turning. The gear turns enough for a smooth engagemen...

I read where a couple of ITR owners on HT changed over the Amsoil and had reduced oil consumption. I would try it, but being over in Germany I can't get it. The BX over here just started selling Royal Purple not to long ago. Evaporation may indeed be the culprit in my consumption. I didn't really ha...

I used to go to first gear, then I read all you have to do is put it in neutral engage then disengage the clutch. Engage clutch put in reverse. If it doesn't want to go in smooth repeat. It has worked fine for me the past couple of years.

Have you tried checking your PCV valve? That is an easy one to eliminate. I have heard of some owners removing the breather box on the back side of the block and running a Catch Can. Check that breather and see it is soaked in oil. I to consume oil, but only mostly at higher rpm's. If I take a trip ...

Koni's yellow's with Eibach sportlines or H&R springs. Skunk2 front A-arms, and Omni rear camber kit. Should be able to get all that for around 1k. Runing stock 195/55/15s rides ok. With my summer wheels 205/50/15's it rides a little rough. The Koni's have an adjustable spring pearch. Koni also ...

Problem with brake indicator light

Had anyone ran across this problem. My brake indicator light stays on after I release the parking brake. It will stay on for a few miles then go off. It only does it after it has been sitting over night or longer. I thought that it might be the limit switch on the E brake sticking until I was drivin...
