you have to check with your speedometer to verify if the tach is off. In second gear at like 8400-8500 rpm you should run between 60 and 62 mph... if not your tach isn't accurate.... on my 98 the rev limiter seems to be at 8600-8700 and 8000 at neutral ( probably because the vtec didn't kick in unde...
