Well, I should have said it also depends on the cop and his mood at that moment in time. if he see's you speeding in 30 degree rainy weather, he's probably going to be more pissed off and might just give you a bigger ticket because of it. Meaning what? If he catches you doing 80 in a 55, he's going...

If you buy a GSR or Civic Si just build some sort of FI setup, get yourself a nice suspension setup and learn how to drive without being stupid on teh streets.

Don't bother swapping for that extra 25-35 hp. It wouldn't be worth the work and money you put into it.

Radar detectors are illegal in VA and Washington DC. Every other state they're legal...if you get stopped doing more than 73 in a 65 and a cop sees a radar detector, the ticket will be more moolah.

as for race fuel, nah, not unless you've minimized da variables in the car like excess weight, and plus its only a track day, if its a battle for top times then maybe

Price New....

How much were ITRs new? Was the MSRP different from year to year?

Don't want guestimates, just want the sticker price from any of you who bought them new.

Buy the LS if it's cheaper than any R you can find. It'll be cheaper on purchase price and insurance rating. Since you have a JDM ITR motor, all you'd need is a good suspension setup and you'll corner just like a real ITR, maybe slightly better. Does he have the JDM ITR tranny in there as well, and ...

Maybe someone can tell us how much they pay for insuring a Pontiac Aztek, too.

Anyone as proud of their ITRs....

...as I am of my newly washed 00 Si? I love this car even more now than I did when I bought it. Sure the tranny sucks when it's cold, but it has (almost) everything I've wanted in a car. Future plans are to take the new edelbrock turbo and stuff it into my B16 and get a nice coil over suspension sys...

I like his idea. but if you went to the principal with that idea then he wouldn't see it your way.

I would actually wait until after I was out of high school to get an Integra that looks relaly really nice, it's an easy target for keying.
