standard R3 ... 12k/14k. The ride is awesome. Extremely smooth in the lower levels of damping while providing the aggressive damping most enjoy for track. After driving my friends R around for the last week I wish I didn't give up on my DC. Perhaps another one in the near future... Might have to act...

I actually have Koni coilovers on my CRX. And I have to say that out of the box, feature-to-feature, the performance of the PIC suspension is at a higher level.

Konis are a great damper, however the adjustability of the PIC coilovers is far ahead of the Konis.
