energy suspension bushings installation
I just ordered the energy suspension bushings from summit and was wondering if anyone had detailed instructions for the installation. Pictures would be great to. Hopefully i'll be able to tell a diffrence with these bushings.

Cleaning the v-tec
Isnt there someway to clean the V-tec filter or something like that. One of my friends was telling me how it made a diffrence after he cleaned his. Does anyone know anything about this. If so how do you go about cleaning it.

My friend has a 00 SI with AEM CAI, dc headers, new sway bar, rear upper strut bar, eibach pro kit, 17 inch konigs, fpr. My TYPE R is basically stock with an AEM CAI. My car still out performs his in ever way. He gets so mad when he is with me cause he spent a lot of money and still cant come close ...

I have a B&M fuel pressure regulator and am debating on weather to install it. My car is stock except for an AEM CAI. Do you think that the FPR will make any diffrence to the performance...even a little.

Hey when i bought muy car the previous owners had removed the decals becouse they were looking a little worn out, it was also 4 or 5 years old. I ordered some new ones from sigmaautomotive.com they come straight from Japan so it takes forever to get hear but i got the two decals for each side for $4...

how much is my R worth
Ive only seen Type R's on here for sale with low miles so i am wondering how much mine would be worth, or what i could get for it. its a 98 with 64K, excellent cond, aem cai,H&R type r springs, revolution muffler,aem pulleys, b&M fpr. Just curious to see what i could get for it.
