Nothing bad on Comptech, but I wouldn't use their catback exhaust on a Type R. It's the same size as the stock exhaust and didn't really do much anything for me on the dyno. It's a great quality piece for the other model Integras but a Type R IMHO needs something a little bigger.

Austin's car is definitely louder than mine, the test pipe vs cat makes a big difference. The HyTech system does not eliminate the cat.

I don't think it matters. The whole "less bends" thing is just marketing hype so angle it however you like it.

You should consider rather what your entire exhaust system is going to look like rather than focusing on one part. If you mix and match the wrong parts you'll get dissapointing results even if you have the best header in the world. Consider how much power you are planning to make and what size your ...

I do it by hand. Since my paint is already in good condition I use Meguiars #7 Show Car Glaze and #26 Hi-Tech Yellow Wax. If your paint is swirled up and needs help then using a cleaner beforehand is a good idea.

The markings on the Skunk2 cam gears are inaccurate, so I would say those aren't a good choice.
