Looks immaculate but the only problem is you can get a brand new S2000 for the same price. I'm sure that if you're patient someone will offer close to 30K though. Just don't expect to sell this immediately. If I was really rich and had 30K to burn I'd buy it from you; but I doubt someone will buy it...

So are there anyway to improve older models? Any conversions? you could get one of the newer racks or try to swap in a manual civic rack and get the quaife kit. I see. I wish honda improved it even better to something like s2k's 14.9:1 ratio, well is that possible? The 2000-2003's 13.8:1 rat...

My bad I found the info on the acura website. The ratio was quickened to 15.7:1 with a lock-to-lock of 2.85. The 1997+ models has a 16.1:1 ratio with a lock-to-lock of 2.98. I wonder why Honda just barely changed the ratio in 2001; why didn't they offer noticably quicker steering while they were at ...

I've owned both and currently own an S2000. You're more limited with the ITR in terms of handling at the limit, steering response, acceleration and transmission feel. Plus the driving position in the S2K is much better than the one in the ITR. 600 more RPM is also more fun:) Even if the S2K is a bet...

S2000 owner misses his type R

Well I bought my 2003 S2000 2 months ago but I'm starting to miss my 1999 white type R that was 100% stock :( The VTEC change point in the R was more dramatic than in my S2000. I like the S2000 more but still miss my old type R A LOT! I plan on buying a type R in a few years so I can have a car that...

Re: People discovering my type R

''Why the hell did you sell your S2000?'' ''I needed money'' ''Why did you get a freaking Integra? You could of got a 300HP WRX, an SRT-4, a Mustang, etc...'' Then I take him out for a spin. I keep the revs down to 5000RPM. ''Man this is the most booooring car I've ever been in'' I then downshift a...

For a 1st car I wouldn't suggest a type R at all... Also a RWD isn't the safest choice for inexperienced driver. Get a 1997 Prelude SH, excellent handling and easier to drive. And with a type R on the highway it's wayyyyyyyyyyyy too easy to go wayyyyyyyyyy over the speed limit when reving close to 8...

I never got bored of my WRX for a year, I drove one last week and still loved it even though people told me I'd get bored.

You get used to it, but still enjoy it just as much.

Acceleration is surprising!

Holy shit! I've had my R for a week now and I'm just starting to drive it on the highway. The car is 100% stock except for better brakes and tires, I just took out the air box. The acceleration is intoxicating! The car really ''darts'' forward like a bullet. It's not the torquey feeling of my old WR...

Time it takes to steal a ITR with alarm

5 seconds. I forgot the remote to turn off the car alarm in my new ITR at the shop where my steering wheel was installed. In order to start the car the mechanic told me he would ''hot wire'' the car. I told him I had a solid alarm. He took a long wire, opened up the hood, shoved the wire somewhere n...
