thanks for all the help. i found some torx screws to replace the phillips.

actually there is a tamper proof torx. i work on german cars and we got lots of them. it looks like a regular torx but has a little wiener in the middle. thanks for the help though. gotta look in to it this weekend

had them on my eg. its almost identical to omni. its good for the price.

i found that same noise. its coming from the rear trunk trim panel. the one on the hatch itself. i took the time and ripped it apart and it ends up that, its a metal clip on a metal surface. and its not a regular clip, it just slides ikn and holds it secure. hope that helps. i know, its annoying sou...

yea i found that info but what i was looking for was measurement from middle of rim to fenderline. can't find this info anywhere...

anyone know what the factory ride hieght is for the front and the rear?
