i've had there intercooler setup for around 8k miles on my R. It took the intake temps from 260-270 at wot to 160-170. Worked good for me. btw my lht kit is for sale...wink wink wink!! But if you have any other questions feel free.

yup, thats pretty much it. it's a pain in the ass to get it out. gotta hold your tongue just right!

i don't think you will be able to change the pulley like that. would have to jack up motor a lot to get at the pulley.
