Mine is sitting at my shop for the winter. I've been driving it daily since April, roughly 80+ miles per day. I've been meaning to tune it for higher boost, and you would think that having my own dyno it would be easy, but the shop has been incredibly busy..and customer's cars take precedence over m...

Nothing too out of the ordinary.

looks like a used clutch.. maybe a little excess heat. Usually rust is a sign of exposure to a decent amount of heat. I see some glazing on the pressure plate. Wear on the disc isn't 'too' bad..

What's the story?

a few things.. 1.) lack of matching trim on the passenger side vent...why go fake carbon fiber on everything except the passenger vent? I hate that 2.) crappy stereo...just weak 3.) Don't like the ABS, never did. 4.) lack of a hatch release lever. If the battery is dead..or disconnected..guess what....

the stock support bracket for the stock A pipe can be modified to make it fit your DP. I would support it there assuming the flex section is in the same general location as the stock ball and socket connection was. I ended up welding up a little bracket that attached to the stock bracket on the back...

The timing belt is on the other side of the motor bro...so doing trans work really provides no advantage for changing the timing belt at the same time.

It wouldn't hurt to replace it though...

yes it does matter.

I would personally match the size to the compressor outlet, or just a touch bigger.

I've had my CM3 for a few years, 100plus drag launches and a lot of daily driving.

The engagement is very close to stock and it's kevlar so it wears very well.

I don't have any experience with toda.

12:1 is a bit much for typical street driving on pump gas. I'd personally go with OEM, or a bit lower compression (lower than 12:1) if reliability is your main concern.
