From what I've heard, IF you get the JDM Mugen header with the 2.5" collector, you MUST have a modified cat or a JDM cat or just buy a carsound one. The part number is 94006 from carsound which is what Anton (moderator of SHO) uses with his Spoon 4-2-1 header with a 2.5" collector and stoc...

There were 500 in 97 and 1250 in 98.

I would double check to see if all of the bolts are tight and the rubber hangers are in the right place.
