I posted in the general discussion site about the experience and feel, engagment of the ACT extreme pressure plate clutch. and a couple of people have been saying that it'll ruin your tranny. Is this true? any advice since I'll be running a turbo ITR hoping to produce 400hp?

I've also heard that the 2000-01 are a bit faster. I guess the difference is slightly noticed, unless your a skilled experienced race driver.

Mugen headers or spoon 4-1 increases top end power 4-2-1 mid range. can't go wrong woth mugen or spoon or toda.

are you going naturally aspirated or forced induction? if NA, go with Spoon, Honda is there niche. if FI then go with ACT. That's my opinion.
