which parts of the engine do i have to cover? im planning to do with degreasers and water. nothing special like steam cleaners. just plain water, degreaser, and maybe some soap

injector cleaner sounds good. i was thinking about buying the octane boosters, but when i thought about the money id be spending on it, its too much. just keeping my car clean and healthy is all i need in my opinion

well since i live in LA, the highest octane level is 91 octane from "chevron with techron". although there are higher levels of octane (93), surveys in magazine showed these companies were not as clean.
