need some pointers....

okay so i'm due to pick up a B16 Civic Type R head off a buddy of mine. The head is in good condition...i've been told by a number of people that the B16 head with ITR cams will benchflow more CFM than the ITR B18 head. I haven't been on here in a while and i know i mentioned in a previous post that i have a JDM B18C Type R motor. would it be beneficial to build that CTR head and install the ITR cams in it or should i just build that Type R head that's currently on my motor??? i'm thinking about going with Supertech valvetrain components and doin a full polish of the head. any tips/advice/previous experience with this?? thanks!!
