Re: The OT place for OGs to BS w/o BS.
Ha, my internet speculation was semi correct... here's a PM from derek on carolinahondas
Hey, just wanted to let someone know what was going on.
basically after the zeroforum lawsuit, dustin won and on 4-12-10 there was a court order saying that dustin "could" have all zeroforum sites shut down. well mike dicarlo went ahead and singled tekh out and shut it down for reasons I dont know yet. he gave me 2 hours notice, and even then he sent an email to me, one which I can't access at work. so basically I had no notice.
dustin is working with his lawyers to get the site back up and hosted by dustin or actually hosted on my hosting which would be nice.
please tell the other people you can to keep looking and we should be back up soon.

Yes, updating has been discussed quite a bit. The forum is on the latest version of the current software, but many things could use updating. Speaking of... I'll start a thread on what YOU would like to see here.

Well if you read dereks PM you'll see that dustin will now be allowing the zeroforum software to be distributed out, so that means the noose will be cut.
Obviously people just like the zeroforum software/PM system so that's why honda-tech was originally successful and why everybody moved over to honda-tekh, it's solely software preference.
so here's a novel idea, why doesn't somebody contact dustin and get zeroforum up on either itrca or itrexpo? I've been pushing that one for a while, seems like an instant win.

Steve, I believe it's a cost issue with ITRCA and itrexpo, at least that's how I've understood it.

Re: The OT place for OGs to BS w/o BS.
FYI it's not owned by dicarlo/relyNet anymore. You will not be required to host it on thier stuff anymore. But this is as of this week, so it should be re-addressed, Dustin said he was going to make zeroforum affordable and allow people host it on thier own now.

ITRCA comes through in the clutch, eh.....
So, the wife wants to add ANOTHER car to the stable, that will bring the total to double digits.
I technically can't say no, considering i have a bunch of shit that isn't assembled or close to running, and this guy runs, and he's cool looking..... but, i always wanted a 122S wagon over a Squareback.... and I'm not really sure i want to partake in all the Air cooled discussions all the MDM guys seem to be involved with thse days...

There is sufficient evidence to indicate that the rate of increase in output per unit increase of input decreases as the input increases

^^ Thats pretty cool. I would drive that, throw my bike in the back.
Re: The OT place for OGs to BS w/o BS.
Well, to me... if you have a wagon/hatchback of some sort.... putting the drivetrain under where you're going to put 'stuff'.... is not necessarily the most logical thing to do. So, the 122 wins in my book.... + i just prefer liquid cooled inline 4 vs. silly air cooled german pancake 'engineering'. :pWillard wrote:square/122 = can't go wrong with either one IMO.
I like it, makes it look tough. P.O. = retard or maybe a long lost cousin.Willard wrote:swamper tires = very nice... but why?
