Heading up:
I am heading North 'early' (aka: "Arse crack of dawn" / "O-Dark Thirty") Thursday morning... but still wanted to start a thread for the S / S-E caravan.
Return trip:
I am still up in the air on this. I will most likely have to shuttle Nick/Dan back to the Midway area after things wrap up on Sunday at the track. I may just stay another night with them (split hotel cost 3 ways) or I may start back South and see if I can make it to Indy before crashing out. Either way I will need to purchase several (6-8?) cases of local brew before I leave the Chicago area.

As far as I know everybody is leaving Ryans in Nashville on Friday morning, I would love to get there even a day earlier but I know that would probably conflict with too many schedules to change it now.
I'm still debating if I'm going to go that way or just drive up on my own and maybe meet with the OH, KY, IN guys. I'd like to go with the nashville plan, but it's way out of the way for me and I'd like to get there kind of early in the afternoon on friday. We'll see.

it's not a terrible idea, I still want to link up with the convoy at some location. Nashville is very far out of the way for me but I'd like to follow the masses and at least converge at effingham with MW.
going to nashville adds about 230 miles to my trip and if I go my own way I can have a nice leisurely drive on friday and get there around 2-3pm fully rested and relaxed.

I had made that suggestion before, it seems like it would be especially easier for most parties involved. It can still be coordinated that everybody can merge at specified points to still have some sort of convoy.
I still want to make my place available for those who wish to crash in Nashville. Those that are interested please post up when you know for sure so I can plan accordingly.

It will be my brother and I + 1 guest (POSSIBLY 3) driving up. Probably too early to ask but, if it does turn out to be 5 of us will there be space? If you have a yard, we have tents lol

I may join you on the drive up.
I don't know my route yet but I'm down to meet up with as many people as I can on the way up. Which route are you taking? I'm conveniently located in the middle of all major highways in NW Dade (Turnpike/75/95)
