ROR - Probably too much patience. I'm finally off the phone with them now. This was the third day my team spent on the phone with MS. I drew the short straw today. At one point I had four MS tech's on the phone with me. At least the issues are finally resolved.

The PM comes when you least expect it, marc is incahoots with paypal and is able to extract money from your account before you even knew it. ESP told him I wanted some HP+'s and some oil filters, boom done. Marc only PM's to let you know that he just stole your money and you have parts in the mail.
