Roads?!?

Does any one know of any good roads, around the Cincinnati area? I'm looking for something longer than I usually do.

Thanks

Try driving to California.

Not sure which route you have to take, but I'm sure mapquest can help you out.

We've just "gotten lost" in Kentrucky a couple of time and had a ball. Nice open roads with plenty of elevation changes and curves, not very populated or traveled.

Just dump off an exit in Covington or maybe a little further south and head away from town. You'll quickly be in the middle of no where :)

Go to a racetrack. You get: a long road trip AND a ton of fun driving that you couldn't normally do around town.

I'll second this one, especially northern cali. Some of the best roads you'll drive anywhere.

itr0076,
Let me know if you are interested, but I just wanted to let you know that a friend of mine lives about 10 miles south of Cinci in Independence, KY. He belongs to a Toyota MR2 club down there (I'm in Toledo) and he took me for a "ride" (about 125 miles) with about 7 other MR2's on the back, winding roads in KY. I believe that one road is Rt. 195........DAYUM, is that one fun! You would love these! If you are interested, give me your e-mail and I will have him forward you the map of the roads that we took. Believe me......wou will not be disappointed at all. Also, I'm trying to organize a little ITR "meet" for the surrounding Ohio area for mid spring in 2005. If that sounds like something that might peak your interest......please let me know. Also, if you know of anyother Type R's in your area that might want to get together, meet, and possibly organize some other activities, give me a hollar. Thanks!
