Help with timing.

With the engine off, the cam gears indicating TDC, the number one piston definitely at TDC, the white mark on the crank pulley should line up with the indicator on the lower shroud. Correct?

If the white notch is the one by itself, then correct.
The other 3 marks are the marks used to set timing.
