The last used transmission I bought was a 98' JDM Unit...

-Missing 4.785 FD (4.4 in its place)
-Syncho's were trashed
-1st + 2nd Gear trashed
-Most/All bearings trashed

This was purchased from a long standing ITR community member. In his defense he honestly wasn't aware of the condition and he did reimburse me $500 of the $800.

Well who the hell would want to help throw in a jdm 4.7 FD? I am transmission-stupid so that's why I opt for the route of just unbolt big part -> put in different big part.

Will came up to NYC back in 2004 and we installed 5 FDs in one day on the Rspeed cars :shock:

that was EPIC

Before you make that decision, you need to drive 442.

it was like an assembly line

one group removed the trannies
one group installed the FDs
one group put the trannies back on the car
