Are those higher compression than usdm itr? I have forgotten much about the piston world, other than p72, p73, and p30.

they're VERY close to the same compression that the JDM ITR's would have made, my main requirement was something I could plug in a stock ECU and drive it on the annual trip to the NC state inspection facility.

Nah, I'm letting those guys finish what they started... they were cool enough to fess up to their mistake. I would be stoked if he handled the black car though, that thing needs it as well.

Ah ok. When you said Red I thought you may had been referring to those honda/acura techs in wilmington you mentioned about engine builders. Or maybe you are, and "those guys" are taking your car to them.
