Ok I did it! Phew. 50 minutes on the phone filing a claim. Looks like the driver gave me a bogus registration card or something along those lines. The insurance rep was trying to locate the vehicle in their database, didn't match up to the policy number on the registration card I was shown/given. Something's fishy especially being that the driver was mehicano.

Should have called the police right then and gotten a police report so something like this couldn't happen. You don't really think about that though when its something minor, I know.

*Always* get cops on the scene, if they will come. Buddy got fender-bendered in a parking lot, car full of Messicans acting squirrelly. They offered him a couple hundred bucks cash, but he got the cops out anyway. Whole carload was illegal, with no valid license or insurance.

His insurance stepped in and IIRC, the cops called him a few months later and said the carload got deported.

We're lucky because they are on tour with Iron Maiden, with Iron Maiden being the headlining band. DT only gets to play 5 songs. That would have been kinda lame. They are having 4 side shows while on tour where they are headlining. We were lucky enough to get tickets to the only west coast one, which was in a tiny arse venue! Place was packed!

ummmm you saw Iron Maiden and you're parading Dream Theatre as the main event? It's like Collective Soul opening up for fucking Jesus
