Got home last night around 5pm to 100* temps and no power. Sweet!

It was great to see everyone again. A big thanks to the Expo committee for making it happen again this year, it was a blast!

Also thanks to Doespike for the loan of his spare distributor just in case mine took a shit on the way home.

Got an insurance check today from that beaner hitting the rear of my eg. I'm thinking about just getting the whole thing repainted.

It's grey now, what would be a cool color?

I was thinking maybe galapagos green:

I've debated it, would pay for a set of re-11's & NCCAR, however morally not sure if it would sit well with me. Plus, It may help making it look pretty as the need to sell it may come up shortly.

a set of re-11's and NCCAR would be roughly 800, who's repainting a whole car for that price?

is your insurance company Macco?

Just a shot in the dark but does anyone here have a set of stock wheels they don't need? I need to pick up a set, don't care about color or condition as long as they aren't curbed.

I think I can get a friend (srkelly) who will do a half decent job out of his garage for that price and fix the minor dents in the hatch. The maaco job that's on it now is starting to peel away and reveal it's original teal color. I'm sure he'll make it look much better than it does now.
