I don't think I'm ever going to sell the ITR. Banks are stingy as hell right now. Even credit unions don't want to loan out enough money. The sad thing is my bank will loan one enough, yet its a private bank, so unless you're military you can't get it.

You paying the difference between my loan and his offer? I'm already selling the car for MUCH less than I paid for it a year ago. Selling 309 was simple because I wasn't really trying. The only trying I did to sell 309 was PMing Joe every couple weeks for like 6 months until he finally gave in.itrsteez wrote:jack offered you 8, take that.

I'm gonna clean up the TL tomorrow and get my buddy to take pictures of it. Time to really push selling that one since its easier for people to get a loan on a car priced well under KBB than the ITR.

Good deal on Maker's. I've been thinking about picking up a bottle of Basil Hayden's or Booker's to have at the house, but I doubt I'd ever drink it. I love me a Manhattan with Maker's though.

Haven't had a Manhatten in years.....pretty much just sipping it straight. Tonight especially. Finished prepping 309 for WMHM @ Gingerman....just need to pack tomorrow.

Anyone have any idea how much flood insurance costs in FL for a 200-250k house?
