What I need to buy:
-14mm hex socket
-Buy/Make DIY block plug
-Washer for one of the block fittings

My questions:
-What is the best way to route the lines?

Some installation steps I'v found:
95DC2GS-R wrote: Install:
remove OEM plugs from back of block, install barbed fittings with aluminum washers
remove OEM "black box", install freeze plug with hi-temp RTV, tap in with hammer
weld/jb-weld two 5/8" barbs onto valve cover (in my case, I'll be running them in the back)
Install filters on top of catch can
Install barb fittings into catch can (two on or near the bottom, two on the side near the top)
run two lengths of hose from the valve cover, to the top barbs on the catch can (roughly 3' each hose for me)
run last two lengths of hose from the block fittings to the bottom of the catch can
last, check all your connections, tidy every thing up, and admire your work.

all looks and sound legit. looks complete too, i like that.

note. those plugs in the back of the block arent meant to ever come out lol. they have like a loctite on them. that suck. HARD to do with the motor in the car.

as for runnign the hoses. you just gotta see where they wanna go. i think i had to send one threw a heater hose and IACV hose. but kept them going up against the firewall mostly. just make sure they arent kinking and if its gonna drain back that it is all down hill. might wanna also make sure the car is easily worked on too. dont tangle that shit up.

ill look for pics of my setup. not sure where they are if i have them...

I think you are mixing up the PCV system with IACV lines. "wink:

This thread definitely gave me some pointers on what not to do in terms of setup/routing:
