The OT place for OGs to BS w/o BS.

Anything goes? Well, if you keep it clean and aren't obnoxious.

Sounds to much like a gamble to me. Just sell yours out right and stop trying to get this one and that and that.

No sense in playing that game when you have a fully functioning car right now.

If it were that easy to just have it sold, I would have done that long ago. :P

I need to do what I need to do to get that loan to disappear and get what I need out of it.

Your gamble, but I wouldn't chance it... especially in this market.

That's why I'm trying to get an idea of a price on the car, because I have someone interested in it, but I want to get my ducks in a row before I'd do something like that. If the shell was worth say 5k, and the person interested only would pay 3k, I'd obviously not want to do it.

I'm hoping to just go with selling the car and getting my two friends together to sell the shell. That's what I'm going for right now.

well given that you can even sell your clean title complete fbp for 9k don't expect too too much for a salvaged 98 shell :)

If it were a '97 shell, I'd be interested :P

Dude, sell your caR outright and have him sell his shell outright. Whatever flops....flops. You acting as a dealer for that shell is a no win IMO.

Washed some CW and SSM tonight...feeling better after a shitty work day. haha

I don't get why nobody is buying it, is it filled with moth balls or has a snake living in it?

I still get emails at least every other week for people interested in the rustbucket that I posted months ago.

This came up on another site. Can you verify if and when RTR ever ran the OEM wing? If so, how long? Did they run multiple versions of their custom wing or just one? I want to know just to know, but I'm sure others would be interested to hear the information as well. I owe you .

elambz car is worth $7,500 at least.

Clean title shell > salvage shell if you do decide to go that route realize that the salvage title still makes it worth quite a bit less. Considering you can't sell the entire car for 8500 or whatever your asking now should tell you that a 98 salvage title shell isn't going to be sold for 5k, at least not without waiting a LONG time for the right buyer.

Before you do that you'd probably be able to part out your car instead, but I'd just keep whoring the for sale ad out until someone buys it.

Have you gotten any feedback from potential buyers on why they did not buy the car?

Next time I see Peter online I'll ask. Or I'll ask the guy I am buying my caR from, he should know.

I believe a lot of it has to do with the banks being stingy. At least in my area anyway.

Jack has cash, pretty much just stall month after month as the payoff amount gets lower. Eventually it'll get to $7500

They ran the stock wing for several seasons. It was only the last few that they had that adjustable wing.

Probably would look a lot better without the silencer in. Probably would sound a lot shittier without the silencer. So it's basically a lose lose.

You can't find one that's stock? I see those things all over the place.

Since you're not paying cash for it why don't you get one brand new and take advantage of their 0.9% APR? seems like a boner move to buy a used/modified car for close to MSRP
