I just had to pay the taxes on my truck and noticed my wife's van was due also. I logged in to the county website and pulled up my vehicle tax record for the years 2001 through 2010. I was SHOCKED to see what I have paid in TAXES alone on my vehicles over the last 9 years....$7,740.12!!!!! WOW!!!! That's $860 per year or $72 per month in taxes alone!
If you itemize (and I'm sure you probably do) on your fed tax return, you can write off property tax, INCLUDING tax on cars.
I should tell Bef I need an expensive car for tax purposes
I've had beer at VIR, Summit Point, CMP, Roebling, Road Atlanta, BeaveRun, Gingerman, MAM, Lowe's Motor Speedway...

Keenan no longer works at Acura of Memphis so I'm probably going go to back to Son's since Mike is working there and it's close. Mike just helped a co-worker with a set of Pilot key's.
Who has control over the we todd domain? Just an idea but since it's been dead for years can we get wordpress installed on it? I figure there are a bunch of us doing track days frequently that we could keep it updated. Just an idea, I've setup a few WP sites and they're cake, especially with blogging posts and photos from smartphones.
I would be 100% down to do the legwork for the sake of keeping things alive.

Craig has the domain but the A records are pointed to a Win 2003 R2 server I have in the data center. Say the word and I'll give you RDP access to the box and have at it!
I say let's do it. I'm down for helping contribute.
Jack- I have never paid vehicle tax before, so I have no idea what a baseline to go off of. It was $45/yr for tags without emissions (Mom's address) and $90/yr for tags with emissions (Dad's address). Sounds like I should go the TN route for another year...
