I have seen some spectacular 'tardedness lately on the roads. My two recent faves, u-turn on red. S'ok, because it's a u-turn, not a left turn. And u-turns rightthefucknow, forget a driveway or intersection, just the middle of the road is fine.

The Incredible-specific forum is pretty good. If the X board is set up the same, lurk in the tips/tricks subforums first and do some learnin'.

Think it would help swapping out the shitty component speakers in the fit for something nice i.e. MB quart. Do this while leaving factory Head unit in place?

Probably, if the factory head unit pushes some power. Check out www.crutchfield.com, they have a lot of new stuff for improving factory systems. DSP's, add-on line-level subs, etc. Some really cool toys, but $$$$
