WTT 01 LS430 for ITR (CA Bay Area)

I am looking to trade my 2001 Lexus LS430 UL for a clean Integra Type R, preferably black with decent mileage. My LS430 is black onyx with black leather interior with dark cherry wood grain. It has around 116k, timing belt done at 90k. Car runs very smoothly and is in great condition. Reason I need another car is because I was going to do a VIP project but ended moving and now I need a nice and sporty commuter/daily driver.
