So the dad two doors down from us got arrested last night

I went to take out the trash and there are three Wake County sheriff's cars, lights off, and I see about six deputies around, and the guy in handcuffs. They didn't come in hot, so I don't know what the guy did. Wife and three teenage sons. I think he's big into the booze, I've seen him wobbling his way out of cabs lately.

More than likely a domestic disturbance, SOP says no lights no sirens.

Now a dealer back in the day said the original plan was to release the S2000 as a Acura in the U.S., but they changed their mind and gave it to Honda and threw Acura a bone by bringing in the Type R to the USDM in 1997.

The bottom of the page didn't scan very well, but it was from September 4, 1995 (before the JDM release). At that time there was no plans for US arrival. I got this copy from ebay for $3 .

(dry rot = not good for roots/rocks/yumpz).

During lunch today I stopped by a shop and picked up 2 tires (WTB-VelociRaptor (F&R) for $24.99 each) and 3 tubes.

Robert and I put in a few miles... my heart/body was sorta glad the ride was cut short. Till I had to haul the bike out of the woods on foot.

Riding = I was a little sore at first... but that is getting better. Mostly lower back and legs.
Just gotta keep the left arm safe and I will be fine.

I am keeping an eye open for a front shock that will work with the old bike (thanks Pat and Cameron).

Update on the jailbird neighbor. Turns out he hasn't had a license in years (DUI suspension most likely), but has been driving all around anyway. He got into a pretty bad accident near the 'hood a few weeks ago - maybe he got locked up for that.

I am keeping an eye open for a front shock that will work with the old bike (thanks Pat and Cameron).

Cameron is smarter than I am about this shit, but are you finding shock forks intended to work with rigid geometry? From what little research I've done, you end up with funky angles if you just throw a fork on there. It's probably a 1" head tube too, modern chit is bigger. Ride this one into the ground and replace it with used goodness

I think that's from Alluda Mazaka. It's a 3 1/2 hour movie with all of those best Indian fight scenes. If anyone wants it, let me know. It's 1.4gb in size. It's all in Indian but has English subtitles.
