OEM Parts

Post by Spoon PY ITR »

Since I've been out of the ITR loop since '07 I'm curious to know where everyone is now buying their OEM parts from since Len doesn't work at Acura anymore? I already bought a few things from Del Ray Acura because their prices were lower than both local dealers. I was more curious if there is some place that everyone is buying from. I have a laundry list of stuff I more want than need from Acura for my ITR lol.

Thanks for the help.

I've used magauto.com the most, also Del Ray.

I use Del Ray for pretty much everything. But buy online or you don't get the discounted price over the phone.

I'v recently (this week) gone back to Son's since Mike is working parts and he is so close. One day shipping times, etc. The discount still applies. The past two years I used Keenan at Acura of Memphis, but he has moved onto a better position at a Mercedes dealership now.

Does Mike at Son's have a contact PM thru this site? Or how to contact Mike? Can you share?

Just call Son's (770) 968-5252) and ask for parts and then just ask for Mike. He is usually there.

Cheers!

There are three Mike's at Son's, make sure you are clear when you ask for Parts...and then Mike.

I buy from seth at park parts - hands down always the best service when I need parts.

You can order honda and acura parts from him at the same time, no BS handling or insane shipping charges, and good prices (around 25% off list). While some dealers might do a little better on pricing, the cheap shipping and good communication easily offsets the difference.

Highly recommended! I usually just email the parts I want, he emails me back the prices and shipping charges and then he calls me and I give him my credit card info - always so painless.

My local Acura wanted $77 for the front Acura badge. I paid $61 shipped from Del Ray and had it in the same 2 days I would of have to wait if I got it local.

This is going to be an expensive winter for me. Buying parts for the ITR and new camera lenses is going to really hurt the wallet haha.
