NO, I've known about that for years. You had me running ragged with the HKS comment. Well you meant well anyways.

YEH I ave seen TURBo out there but I do NOT recommand TUBRO charge you ITR it very high compression U should lowerd it before U add Turbo on an TypeR I have experience it myself I say that no on wants to boost a high compression motor huh? I will do it watch and I saw my self going through so much problems with an TURBO Charge LS-VTEC .STOCK LS internals which is much lower then a TypeR but have a very high output in low end and in high end it just keeps on going . IF YOU happen o choose a turbo I would recommand a DRAG 3 turbo kit FROM DRAG. t3/t4 with A/R 54 trim or if you wants to have a higher out put then go with an 62trim. I wish U luck with what every U chose to go with but the BUttom end internals MUST REPLACED to A LOW COMPRESSION
ZEX Nitrous is the way to go!!!!!!!!

I think your advice is too late, notice the tread is over 3 months old, besides boost and high compression go well together, you just have to know what you're doing. True, for beginners low comp is the way to go, it gives you a larger margin of "safety" relative to boost levels. With higher compression, you need less boost to make the same power as low compression with higher boost. Anyway who cares, there will always be a few of us living on the "dark side".

and you told him to use the wrong kit even though this thread is older than dirt. drag manifolds have been known to let boost spike and creep so that is the last mani I would choose.....do some research then post an opinion

Thanks for the invite, but right now the car is my daily driver, so that's a little too far to drive in case I break it. I'm also in need of standalone management, the car is inconsistent due to tuning issues.
