in case you didn't know, he's the one that bought my car.
When I was rear ended way back when, the lights worked and there was $1900 in damage... I can't imagine how bad it is now

I'm still working on getting Angela convinced that the family needs one.

Well... so I got an early christmas present with Sr. in town. Guess I'll be joining you folks on the GT5 online experience soon.

I took the time last night to go ahead and update the box, update the game or whatever it was, got it on the wireless and setup my online account.

Something weird happened with my home network last night. Everything went offline. I was finally able to get my modem online. My router still won't pull an IP. I'm going to call Netgear's tech support and see what it takes to get a replacement.

I'm burned out on GT5 after Friday, got to level 17 and now currently stuck on the IA-10 license test. 10:1 says I won't turn it on again for a month.

I like it, but I can't see what the wait was for.

<--- will never be able to play daily as much as I'd like to.

So far, I have gotten to level 3 I think, and played 3 "titles" of 3 courses each. Next would be lightweight stuff or go for licenses. Either or, it's going to be a slow process.

The wait was for all the details within the game. I would much rather see an in-car view than the background as super detailed as it is. I also really enjoy Karting in the game as well as the TopGear test track. I can't wait for my inner redneck to come out when I get to the Nascar races too!

Some of the licenses get pretty hard, which is a good thing. I like it when it is challenging but not impossible.

I spent some time arranging and cleaning the garage. I took a peak in the garage attic and WOW. There is a bunch of storage in there. Minus some insulation and heating, its perfect for the zombie apocalypse. (brody voice)

Never had a hard time till IA-10, two lap race where you have to get 7th place without contact or going off... I tried probably 10 times yesterday and gave up, probably forever. The other really hard one is in the jeff gordon school where you have to drive on the outside line without tapping the wall or hitting these cones, must of been a 25 minute battle full of F words.

When it's said and done I'm still sold on iRacing more.
