The OT place for OGs to BS w/o BS.

Anything goes? Well, if you keep it clean and aren't obnoxious.

I know I said it in the original thread years ago but I would have liked to see you made a new username on h-t and then posted it, I think the replies would have been pretty classic.

I was actually looking at your FS thread earlier.... If it would have been a year ago, I would probably have bought it from you instead of my 09 SI 4door......

6spd TSX are a rare breed....

Yep, they're tough to find. Oddly enough, I was about to buy 08 Si sedan when I stumbled across this TSX. I drove both and loved the double wishbone, dash layout, and overall feel of the TSX. It only lacked an LSD, which was installed roughly 4-5 months after owning the car, ha.

It's a great car...will miss it.

That car is a steal and really pisses me off that I spent about 1K less and drive a gay Fit.

Thanks :)

I'm not inflating the price because of the LSD, just trying to get the blue book value.

Last night about 10pm we get an email from the central showing service saying someone wants to see our house at 4pm today. Hours of panic cleaning ensues.

20 minutes ago they called and cancelled. Fuuuuck :(

It's for the best. Our realtor called and said there were "credit issues" with the folks who wanted to see it :P

[edit] It would have been the first showing. Bef said it best - "I feel like a girl who got stood up on her first date." :P

Normal sale? Have equity or are you trying to get payoff? If its normal you should be able to sell faster. It's a buyers market so as long as its priced with the market you should be good. May I ask why you are selling? Thought about renting until the market gets better? I rented my house in July and we are hopefully closing on another before Christmas. I have equity in it but I'll actually make some money if I wait out the storm. Now is the time to buy or have two houses. Most cases you can rent for more than the mortgage, and if its to nerve racking to be a landlord there are company's that will do it for you.

Just a regular sale. We're looking at larger houses closer in.
