I really want to run a race that's nothing else besides suspension and tires.

Indy Speedway. :p
Has anyone tried building a track like VIR in the track creator thing? I haven't tried fiddling with it yet to see how it works.

My son has been playing with building tracks. I would like to build a CMP clone. Can you share tracks that you custom build?

re: Motul Civic track, how about deep forest?
I fooled around with the track editor a bit trying to build a Watkins clone. You can't place the corners exactly, you submit some parameters to it and it randomly generates courses. Supposedly you can share them but I dont think that's working/been implimented yet.

we can do several tracks once we get going. Do we want to set a limit to mods or just all out? The more matched the cars are the more fun it is

The Motul Civic out of the box is perfect, I say we leave it at that.

Stupid question, but can you set up the room to have all of the cars run in their stock form?

Mine is 100% straight out of the box. Erik's has 280HP, should be all match? If that is the case, list the mods and let's try to get them close.

Is that the spec miata from the RRAX thread? I've got one too.

I wish it was built to spec miata standards, would of saved wasted money. I was told unlimited.
Too bad there's no e30/36's in there.

my engine is taken to stage 2. everything else is removable if you guys want. Its fully lightened also which I can't change, but I think given the same engine power and maybe weight everything else should be open to whatever you want. I'd gladly detune the thing to stock if I could, but I can't and apparently it's damn near impossible to get another one.

Yeah that's what makes me hesitant to mod the one I have. I did see one in the used car lot once, but didn't buy it.

Same here.
After seeing Brads comment about the Motul Civic, I modded mine as well. I have been trying to get another one, but unlike the previous versions, you cannot double dip races for additional prizes.
