I'm looking for synchro mesh for type R (Japanese right hand drive) for my 3rd gear. Any suggestions for the best place to go to purchase item. My car is in Jamaica.

If you're talking about GM Synchro Mesh, a GM brand of MTL, you can get it @ any GM dealer.
