I'd looking into bigger injectors, better manifold and a 3inch dp. With that low comp you'll be able to run high boost and make mad power but you might max those injectors out and not get all the power you want. Also a 2.5 inch dp will kill your spool try and get a custom 3 inch. I've heard nothing but good things about that turbo...let us know how it turns out...

Cool, but I assume you plan on closing the deck - block guard? Without that, anything above 300whp is going to start flexing the floating cylinders we have in our blocks.

Im not going to use a blockguard I've read too many horror stories of it sinking and overheating I think if I can get it tuned properly it should be fine Im probably gonna end up sleeving it next year with some Darton sleeves

as for the injectors I think they should be good up to 350-400 HP

I don't wanna lose my A/C so Im gonna keep my 2.5 DP :)

Yeah those injectors are good top about 350ish, duty cycle will be real close to 99% though. http://WWw.hondacamp.com has a sale on injectors cheap as hell.

Yeah I wouldn't block guard...just sleeve that bad boy. I block guard is good for the head but the weak part the block has no protection. Forsfed good looking on the injectors...I'm shopping for some right now. I want some Greddy 720's though

I would recommend getting those Darton Sleeves. That's exactly what I'm getting right now. If you plan to run a lot of horsepower without closing that deck, your cylinders will wobble and flex like said above and destruction will result. take it from me, a little bit of insurance goes a long way in making your engine last longer.

Most (99%) people don't install blockguards properly. They should be welded in, and then the block should be decked (machined). But Erik is right, there is still an inherent weakness in the block that can't be dealt with without staking or sleeving.
