I didn't think this was made by fields. If I sell my Power FC I was considering this for minor fuel trim and VTEC adjustment. Good looking setup but I think you have to do an OBD1 conversion. Speaking of Kenji's p28, a vafc would complement it nicely....
I don't have one (ordered one a few weeks ago), but my experience with it has been that it can do alot of good. Especially in the midrange around the vtec engagement, as trey pointed out.
